Vincent DiMura serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for Meritain Health. In this capacity, DiMura provides financial oversight for the company and oversees financial operations. DiMura plays a key role in planning, executing and operationalizing company mergers and acquisitions. DiMura brings to Meritain Health over 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry with significant experience in healthcare company merger integrations and acquisitions.

DiMura brings an additional eight years of public accounting experience with Ernst & Young. DiMura holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University.
