The Flexible Spending Account, or FSA, is a tax-savings benefit plan authorized by the IRS (Section 125).  Employees can elect to have dollars deducted from their paycheck on a pre-tax basis, to use to pay for certain expenses.

Meritain Health offers full flexible spending account administration. Our service team is dedicated to the intricacies of interpreting and administering the complex IRS flexible spending account regulations. We also offer administration of Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) and Health Savings Account (HSA) consulting to round out our complete consumer-directed package. Our cafeteria administration team offers three business day claim turnaround time. If plan participants utilize our debit card program, the reimbursement is immediate. Meritain Health provides statistical reports to plan participants, allowing them to maximize the benefit of participating in a flexible spending account.
