North American Preferred Network

North American Preferred, or NAP, is the wholly owned and operated medical and dental provider network of Meritain Health.  Our network continues to expand and develop while striving to maintain competitive within our field by negotiating better discounts for our clients and at the same time providing fair compensation to our providers.  Founded in 1988, North American Preferred has continually proven adaptive and resilient in the changing landscape of healthcare plan application.  Our flexibility has enabled North American Preferred to continue to expand across the Northeastern United States.

To Join Our Network:

Thank you for your interest in joining the network of participating providers in North American Preferred (NAP).

The application process includes completing two documents - the Provider Application and the Participating Provider Agreement. In addition, certain attachments are to be included with your completed Provider Application.

To make your application as easy as possible, we have made available the Provider Application and the Participating Provider Agreement in the following ways:
