2009 Form 5500 Schedule C
On November 16, 2007, the Department of Labor's Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) published final form revisions and final regulations that generally become effective for plan years beginning on or after January 1, 2009. Amended Definition of Section 152(e) of the Internal Revenue Code
Final regulations have been issued on how to handle treatment of a child of divorced, separated or living apart parents, for tax purposes under Internal Revenue Section 152(e). These final regulations apply to taxable years beginning after July 2, 2008.

Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 (GINA)
Effective on the first day of plan year beginning on or after May 21, 2009, GINA amends the HIPAA nondiscrimination rules to restrict the access and use of genetic information as if effective on the first day of the Plan Year after May 21, 2009.
