In addition, employers are required to send the Massachusetts Department of Revenue an electronic file containing MA 1099-HC's for all individuals covered under the employer's health plan by January 31st. Compliance Quarterly is being provided as an informational tool. It is recommended that plans consult with their own experts or counsel to review all applicable federal and state legal requirements that may apply to their group health plan.
