Agreement makes Aetna Signature Administrators PPO network and Aetna Stop Loss Insurance available to existing clients and prospective clients nationally.

Amherst, NY, November 10, 2006 - Meritain Health, Inc., a leading provider of health plan management services and a division of health care services company Prodigy Health Group, has announced the signing of an agreement with Aetna Signature Administrators which will allow current Meritain clients and prospective clients immediate access to Aetna's national PPO network and Aetna Stop Loss Insurance.

For Meritain, already one of the largest independent health plan administrators in the country, the Aetna Signature Administrators PPO network option is another example of how the company is using its size and strength to create compelling health plan offerings for its clients. The Aetna network option is also in keeping with Meritain's commitment to help employers control the long-term cost of health care while providing superior customer service and flexibility.
