“I have Healthy Merits through my employer. As part of the program, I am challenged to participate in local 5k, 10k, half marathon and full marathon races, and I log my training runs/ mileage for these races. Personally, the most difficult challenge for me is my LDL cholesterol level. Prior to participating in this program, my LDL level was more than 250. By use of the Eating Well challenges and logging servings, I have been able to reduce my LDL to a healthier level. I will continue to participate in the Healthy Merits program to improve my endurance and further improve my LDL. I have highly recommend this program to my coworkers.”
