Reminder: Cadillac Tax Delayed Two Years

In case you missed it during the holiday rush, we’d like to remind you that the Cadillac Tax has been delayed. On December 18, 2015, Congress passed a two-year delay on the 40-percent excise tax on high-cost, employer-sponsored health plans (often referred to as the “Cadillac Tax”).
