Network Finance Director, Network Performance & Execution
Jeankarla is the Network Finance Director for Aetna, A CVS Health company and the liaison between Aetna and the consulting firms on our underlying network competitiveness in the local markets. She works closely with the network teams and commercial actuarial to provide guidance on how our networks are perceived externally.
She joined Aetna in 2019 where she led the Commercial Care Management Performance Management team before transitioning to the Network Performance & Execution team in 2021.
Prior to joining Aetna, Jeankarla spent more than 14 years as a Health Benefits Actuarial Consultant where she was responsible for solving complex health care problems while effectively communicating analytical concepts to her clients.
She’s active in her CVS Health community serving as the Chicago Actuarial Community Hub Leader and Women Inspiring Success and Excellence (WISE) Midwest Co-chair. Outside of CVS Health, she regularly volunteers at Casa Central and Tutoring Chicago.
Jeankarla holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.
