Who is Meritain Health®?
Meritain Health is an independent subsidiary of Aetna® and CVS Health®. We’re one of the nation’s largest third party administrators of health benefits. As the administrator of your health care plan, your claims will be sent to Meritain Health for processing and payment.
How do I register for my Meritain Health account?
To register for your Meritain Health account, click the Register button from our homepage. Select I am member and follow the steps. You can use your member ID and group ID or Social Security number to get started. Download our guide for more instructions on registering.
What if I have questions about my benefits?
Have questions? Give us a call at the number listed on your ID card for answers to your benefits and claims questions. Or reach us by phone by calling 1.888.324.5789. Please note, this is a general line, so you may experience hold times or need to be transferred. Representatives are available from 7:00 AM–6:30 PM CT.
Can I request or download a new ID card?
You can request additional ID cards, or view and print a temporary ID card when you log into your account. For more information on how to do this, review our flyer.
Can I view my Explanation of Benefits (EOB) online?
Yes, you can view your EOBs online through your account. Simply log in to view them. This helpful summary gives you an overview of services provided and how your claims have processed.
