Teladoc
Teladoc is offering services free of charge to those who need assistance. Teladoc doctors can diagnose and treat common conditions, including sinus and respiratory infections, headaches, stomach issues and many other non-emergency illnesses. When medically necessary, we can also prescribe medication and refills. Please call our Teladoc natural disaster hotline at 1.855.225.5032 to request a free visit.
Note: if you are a current Teladoc member, you must use the hotline to receive services free of charge.

Resources for Living and Prescriptions
Aetna has opened its Resources for Living services to those impacted by this crisis. Individuals can call 1.833.327.2386 for assistance with resources, seeking referrals or help coping with the emotional impact of a crisis.
Additionally, if you need to replace your medication or request a refill, simply call the Customer Service number of your pharmacy plan to speak with a representative. The phone number of your pharmacy plan is listed on your member ID card. If you lose your ID card, you can call 1.800.925.2272 to speak with a Customer Service representative with questions and for more information.
