Increased member utilization
The Meritain Health member portal is one feature that supports our mission. When members log in, they gain access to important plan information. We work hard to ensure the portal includes features our members are looking for, as a convenient and easy resource for plan guidance and self-service. And in the first quarter of 2021, member utilization of the Meritain Health portal increased by 15 percent.
High adoption rate
Our digital adoption rate also helps reinforce the value of our member portal. When 91.1 percent of members who visit the portal DON’T make subsequent calls to Customer Service for support, we know we’re on the right path to help them find what they need.
On May 24, we’ll be further enhancing the digital experience for our members with a refreshed portal homepage. This new dashboard makes it even easier for members to find the plan information they need by placing key details front and center.
With the new homepage, members can easily view content such as current claims, account balances, coverage and more. Plus, they can go deeper with just a click to find further details and plan information. The updated homepage makes it easy to find information at a glance, for faster navigation and around-the-clock self-service.
